We can only warranty the condition of the product, such as flaws. When you receive your graphic, inspect it to make sure there are no flaws. After installation, the warranty covers fading of the material.
The vinyl is naturally restistant to minor scratching because of the laminate. However, if you break your board in half, don't expect the vinyl to keep the board together.
Trust us, you will be ready for a new design before the vinyl is worn out.
If you choose to install it yourself, we will send you a squeegee with your design for applying the vinyl to the board. If it doesn't work, it's probably user failure.
